what are the Phases?
Phase one: Intensive lifestyle change - Long term change does not happen overnight. Phase one is a minimum 3 month commitment, and can be continued as long as desired. Completion of Phase one is mandatory to qualify for phase two. Phase 2 is optional, and not for everyone. Phase one is custom designed to meet the level of need you have. Phase one is for everyone, no matter the size, shape or age. Phase one is meant to help propel you into a new, empowered, healthier, happier self.
Phase two: Pharmacotherapy - We recognize that although lifestyle change improves health, it does not always lead to adequate weight loss. For these people, sometimes medication is the right choice. Phase two is designed to help you, in conjunction with a physician, find a medication that is effective and safe. This process can take time, and requires a minimum of 3 months. Patients can choose to continue any of the services from phase one during this time.
Phase three: Ownership phase - By the end of your experience with us we aim to have you feeling empowered to manage your own health. We will still be in your corner to support you if needed, but by the time you are done with us you will feel in control of your health and your body.
