Throughout this program your health coach will help you:

Learn to make the healthiest, most delicious decisions in the grocery store
Find joy in cooking meals at home
Find your healthiest self and create a maintenance plan just for you
Throughout the program you will receive:
50-minutes sessions in person, by phone or via Skype
One-on-one support with your health coach
Recipes and shopping lists
Worksheets and handouts to support your goals
Hands-on cooking demos
